Boutique NDIS Support Across the Fraser Coast
At Australian Lifestyle Support Solutions, we're a boutique NDIS provider working with participants across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the wider Fraser Coast. We started in November 2020 as a small team of former support workers, and we've grown to more than 60 staff across our Hervey Bay and Maryborough offices. Staying boutique means our coordinators know the people they work with, and that we match support workers to participants based on need and fit. Getting Started With Your NDIS Plan
If you've just had a plan approved, or you're moving to a new provider, the first step is a conversation about what's funded and what you need help with. We'll go through your plan with you, work out which of our supports it covers and put together a service agreement setting out what we'll provide and how often. From there we match you with support workers and set a starting roster, which we adjust as we go. Nothing is locked in at the first meeting.
