From a 4-Person Office to Two Locations

Australian Lifestyle Support Solutions started in November 2020, put together by a group of people who'd spent years working in NDIS (opens in a new tab) and child safety as support workers and contractors. What prompted it was straightforward: they'd seen participants get a different worker each visit, and wanted to run something smaller where that didn't happen. We've grown from that 4-person office to more than 60 staff across our Hervey Bay and Maryborough locations, and our services now reach from Howard through to Tin Can Bay. We're a registered NDIS provider, working with Agency Managed, Self Managed and Plan Managed participants across service delivery, accommodation and respite care and support coordination. We've stayed boutique on purpose. Our values are independence, dignity and happiness, and the team is a fairly colourful one.
